Purchases and Policies 

PAYMENT: By personal check, cashier's check, or money order.  Personal checks from persons unknown to us must clear prior to shipping. We do not accept credit cards.  Payment will include shipping, insurance, and sales tax (PA state only). 

SHIPPING: By UPS.  Packing, shipping costs, and insurance to be paid by purchaser.

RETURNS: Should purchaser not be satisfied, the Gallery must be notified within 48 hours after arrival. Returns, fully insured, will be at the expense of the purchaser.
